<description><![CDATA[It was Larry Butler that brought  gold home to the United States with the 1994 Proton Cars World Matchplay  winners&#8217; trophy. In a riveting final, Larry bested Dennis Priestly  with a 16-12 game difference that could have easily been the other way  around.&#160;
Dennis went to a 6-2 lead in  the beginning, but Butler was poised enough to bring it back to 6-6  with 4 straight 15 dart legs. He then took the next two in a row making  it a 6 game streak. Dennis brought one back but Larry held ]]></description>

<title>Trip to the U.K.</title>

<description><![CDATA[As some of you may not know, I have had the privilege of traveling abroad to the United Kingdom to participate in the UK Open qualifiers. I first flew over for the event which was held in Bristol and was beaten by Tony Eccles 4-3. A very good match with only 2 games going to the 15th dart. All others were less. After coming home and getting some more practice in I flew back and participated in the London South regional where I beat Darren Johnson 4-2 and then proceeded to miss way too many doubl]]></description>
